HARTFORD—Connecticut Republican Party Chairman Jerry Labriola, Jr. released the following statement today in response to this morning’s GOP U.S. Senate Candidate Debate.
“The Republican candidates in today’s U.S. Senate debate on Face the State offered measured and reasonable solutions to the problems facing our state and nation. They portrayed our Republican brand and principles in a positive way in contrast to the tired liberal rhetoric of the Democrats.
“On the issues most important to Americans — economic growth, fiscal responsibility and energy independence – our Republican U.S. Senate candidates demonstrated their stark differences with the Democrats.”
