onnecticut Republican Party Chairman Jerry Labriola, Jr. announced the formation of an Election Reforms Subcommittee at the regular meeting of the Connecticut Republican State Central Committee on Wednesday, December 10th. The Subcommittee has been charged with examining the electoral process of the State of Connecticut and the Republican Party to examine what – if any – changes can be made to improve GOP competitiveness.
“There are probably better ways to ensure electoral success than picking one of the most unpopular Democratic governors in the country as your leader. It’s certainly not a decision that has worked well for Connecticut, which continues to boast one of the worst economies in the nation.”
The Connecticut Republican Party believe in the wisdom of the people to manage their own lives and, through the generosity of the human spirit, share their good fortune with those less fortunate. The mission of Chairman Jerry Labriola, Jr. and the Connecticut Republican Party is to promote Republican values and ideas, elect candidates that support and promote these values and ideas, and help them lead effectively based on our common principles.
